In general this is true in any college/university town anywhere, expecially
where there is a reasonable engineering or computer science program. On the
other hand, if you have a degree, a few years experience in some area, a
college/university town is a great place to start a business with a product
that can be sold mail order or online. Plenty of labor available :)
