[NCLUG] mailman wrapping message headers breaks GPG signatures

If I send mail to a mailing list that uses mailman, and include a file
attachment in the message, and GPG-sign the message, then mailman
reformats part of the mail, which breaks the GPG signature.

Specifically, it's wrapping one of the headers, from:

Content-Type:<SPACE>multipart/mixed;<LINEBREAK><SPACE>boundary="------------030205050900000108000205"

To:

Content-Type:<SPACE>multipart/mixed;<SPACE>boundary="------------030205050900000108000205"

Note the removal of the linebreak!

Does anyone know how to fix this? Googling isn't turning up anything
useful (i.e. I do see the same basic problem reported, but no solution)
