This is called "backscatter spam".  Google for that and you will find
lots of information.  Here is one good link.

What mail transfer agent are you running?  Postfix?  Exim?  Or heaven
forbid, Sendmail?  The link I posted above has good information on
blocking backscatter spam in Postfix.
