[NCLUG] VPN problems

Matt-

  Is the vpn using TCP or UDP?  If it's TCP, the connection probably is 
getting dropped and not self-healing.  My DSL doesn't much like VPN over 
TCP, so I've got to use UDP.  What is the vpn client being used?  What 
operating system is she using?
