Also, the Intel PXE Spec (http://tinyurl.com/d2w8vj) describes a Proxy
DHCP scenario beginning on Page 16.  Your DHCP server serves the IP
address to the client, and the Proxy DHCP server (presumably on the
PXE server) in parallel sends the PXE Client extensions with an IP
address of 0.0.0.0.  The PXE client combines the two responses and at
that point deals with the PXE server.
