Like Kevin, I'm not really an OpenSuse guy -- I haven't used that line of
OS since it was SuSE, and German. It was my second Linux distribution,
though, and while I've moved on (right out the other side of Linux-based
systems and into the even less socially acceptable realms of BSD Unix),
I'm certainly glad I stuck with the task of familiarizing myself with
open source Unix-like systems.

A lot of problems people new to such OSes have are pretty general in
nature, and do not necessarily require expertise with a single
distribution to fix. If you elaborate on the specifics of your issues,
you may find a fair bit of help here. I know there are a lot of
knowledgeable and helpful people on this list.

So . . . what seems to be the problem?
