A quick search shows your device is probably a projector like that
available from Amazon:

As James suggests you might mention what you've tried so far to get it to
work with Ubuntu and what seems to be going wrong. This Epson device looks
like it has an HDMI interface which probably means a graphics card with
HDMI support and the associated device drivers would be a good place to
poke around.
Also I noticed your invented terminology "op-system." Google (or maybe
Bing) is pretty good about expanding possibly obscure abbreviations and
help you find more common ones such as OS for Operating System. Same would
apply to finding potential solutions to your graphics driver problem.
