[NCLUG] Automatic Raspberry Pi configuration

At yesterday's meeting I gave a brief talk scripting the configuration of a
Raspberry Pi and also tips on how to do the configuration headlessly (no
display/keyboard attached).
I gave the wrong name of my github, the correct one is:

For the moment I simply placed the scripts/notes from the talk there.
Over the next few days I expect to expand this, so you might want to check
back.
