I did not move to Mailman 3 at this time.  I try to avoid changing too
many things at once.  When one is under pressure to make a deadline I
find it better to replicate the old on the new in order to make the
migration.  Then when there is less pressure that is when it is time
to make other changes.

Also I am currently working with four other systems elsewhere that all
use Mailman 2.  I didn't install any of them but have inherited
helping to keep them going.  Therefore I had a personal interest in
doing a from-scratch Mailman 2 installation.  I learned a lot of
things in that process that will help me with these other sites that I
would not have learned if I can converted the mailing lists to
something other than exactly Mailman 2.

So I increased some technical debt on the mail server that is now
being used for NCLUG by installing Mailman 2 which is already
deprecated and uninstallable on newer OS releases.  That Python 2
problem!  But it needed to be done.  I figured I would worry about
what needed to be done with Mailman 2 afterward.
