Code Signing Certificate

I assume this is Microsoft code signing so that anti-virus software
won't complain about it?

As far as I know there is no way to avoid the cost on a Microsoft
platform.  But this I the NCLUG group!  So I think all of us would say
to publish the source code and build instructions.
