A new CERT Summary, reporting current computer and network security

MDwyer's summary of the summary: Check SNMP on your machines, including
possibly your hubs, routers, and printers. Make sure you are using a
patched SSHd. Make sure your FTPd is safe. If your users use Windows,
make sure that IE is fully patched up.
