They basically have an authenticated mail-server that you can route 
everything through. I think it's oriented at end-users connecting their 
email clients to it, but with the correct MTA configuration, I'm sure 
you could route a Unix host's outbound email through it.

I use these guys for the DNS for my domain, as well as backup MX, and 
never had any kind of problem.
