question on PCIE errors

I have no idea about that error.  I haven't seen it before.  On a web
search I find one other person with the exact error but no follow-up
comments and no help as to what might be the problem.

Knowing that you have four of those nodes and the storage being on M.2
NVMe I suggest swapping the NVMe around among the other nodes and
determining if the problem follows the OS on the NVMe or stays with
the node.  And then knowing that these are blade like enclosures I
would swap the blades around to different slots.  And then I would
take two and swap RAM between them.  And keep swapping parts until you
can definitely determine if the problem is the software or the
hardware and if the hardware if it is RAM, NVMe, or even CPU.

I might even try underclocking if the BIOS supports overclocking and
see if underclocking helps.  Also if the BIOS has a factory defaults
then I might reset to factory defaults in case some tuning on that
particular node has caused it to destabilize.

Keep good notes as changes are made.  I miss my younger brain where I
could just remember everything.  Now I must keep careful notes.
