ideas for laptop

Hi All,
I'm looking for a work laptop and wanted your suggestions
rough requirements are:
1. 13.5" or something similar size screen. I don't want a big machine
because I want it to fit in my backpack. My MAC Pro Retina 13.5" does fit.
2. 4K resolution or better for the laptop screen.
3. Processor which can support a virtual machine for Windows - I'll likely
be running Ubuntu 22.04 on the metal. I'm thinking 4 core?
4. two or more USB3 ports
5. 256GB ssd or more
6. Windows >= 10 license would be a bonus for the VM, but not vital.
7. 8GB RAM minimum but 16GB RAM is better - bonus would be ECC RAM but I'm
pretty sure those are very hard to find.
8. Reasonable to good Linux support.
